PASS-CO graded Crisp Uncirculated-62 Superior Paper Quality Rating. Fr. MD-117. This rare 1780 issue was "Guaranteed" by the United States and carried a 5% Annual Interest. There is a interest payment schedule printed on the face at lower left. This note is printed in red and black and has exceptional eye appeal. The printing is sharp and bold on paper that is very fresh, clean and bright. It is full signatured on its face and upon the reverse "Guarantee" line for the United States.
