Clean Circulated First "Lighthouse" Issue PASS-CO EF-45 Pennsylvania. March 20, 1773. Fourteen Shillings. Plate A. First "Lighthouse" Issue. PASS-CO graded Extremely Fine-45. Fr. PA-161. This lovely note is very clean and crisp looking with bold brown and red signatures. The central reverse vignette show a metal plate cut of the Cape Henlopen Lighthouse with sailing ships on the ocean in the background. This design was again used in 1775. Only 6,000 notes were authorized to be printed in 1773, of which only 3,000 carried Plate A. Early American will accept payment by check or credit card.
