PCGS Very Choice New-64 Colonial Pennsylvania Note

Fr. PA-196. This is a beautiful note that has excellent print quality on fresh, clean crisp paper. It has bold red and brown signatures and four full margins on both its face and back. According the the current PMG "Population" report, to date, they have graded two Forty Shillings notes of this issue in CU-64EPQ as their finest, which basically ties with this PCGS graded note.
