Pennsylvania Currency
Elusive & Colorful April 10, 1777 Red & Black Note

Pennsylvania. April 10, 1777. Forty Shillings. Red & Black Print. PMG graded Very Fine-30.
Fr. PA-223a. This elusive note is well centered on the colorful red and black printed face. A tiny piece of the upper right corner tip appears to be expertly reattached, as noted upon its holder. The printed text and designs are sharp in detail and the paper appears quite crisp, clean and only lightly circulated. According the current PMG "Population" report, to date, this is the Finest, of two graded Forty Shillings notes, of this Red and Black printed issue.

Early American will accept payment by check or credit card.
