Rare Sheet of "Free Public Library of KY" Lottery Tickets

c. 1830, Louisville, State of Kentucky, Uncut Sheet of Four, "Free Public Library of Kentucky" Lottery Tickets, Very Choice Crisp Uncirculated.
This fully original unissued sheet of "Free Public Library of Kentucky" Lottery Tickets is in excellent quality, being boldly printed in yellow and black, having full original sheet selvage on three sides. Signed in the text by, "Tho E Brauilette, Agent". Printed text with typeset border designs, printed on period wove paper, two small hole cancels on either side of the deep blue sheet serial number. The reverse has a wonderful black vignette of the building with an American flag waving above, having the legend "PUBLIC LIBRARY OF KENTUCKY" across it. The first sheet of this very scarce, early lottery we have offered. A very rare Kentucky issued lottery sheet. (4 ticket sheet).
