Four Early Lottery Tickets
Including a Scarce 1893 Ticket Shortly Before Lotteries Became Illegal

1855-1893, Group of Four Lottery Tickets, Very Fine.
Lottery Tickets range in size from 1" x 5.25" to 2.5" x 6.25".

1. c. 1850 Kentucky Legislature Gift Concert Ticket for establishing at Louisville the public Library at Kentucky.

2. 1873 Lottery ticket from "L. D. Sine's Gift Enterprise" Lottery with a small vignette of a dog's head.

3. 1855 One "New England Joint Stock Co." Ticket.

4. 1893 Butte, "Montana State Lottery". This ticket is from a lottery very close to the time when lottery became illegal in the U.S. in 1894. A Scarce item.
