This great lottery ticket is from New York City and is also technically an advertising note. Listed as Vlack-2475. Uniface with a vignette of the professor at the top. This was good for admission and for prizes if drawn. Three old collector stamp hinges are located on the blank back, otherwise this note has a really great design.
