Haxby KS-Not Listed. Whitfield-426. The highest denomination on this war claims' settlement certificate issue. Right end, vignette of Lincoln by Continental Bank Note Co. Upper left, Washington framed in ornate counter. Detailed texts in the center. A choice, fully issued example with counter signature on the verso. There is a small punch hole cancel at the upper right, concealed in the counter. The first we have offered.
