ULYSSES S. GRANT.
Clipped Signature, "U.S. Grant", on light blue paper, is laid down on a CDV mount, .75" x 2.75", Choice Very Fine. The image of Lieutenant-General U.S. Grant, wearing his dress uniform, is from an engraving and is matting on both the front and back sides. A decorative border surrounds the print. This is a distinguished, Civil War period CDV of Grant. A photo copy of the certificate of authenticity from Charles Hamilton Galleries is included.
