Photograph Inscribed and Signed, "Herbert Hoover," image size 13" x 9", overall size 16.25" x 11.5", Choice Extremely Fine. Photo by Harris & Ewing. The photo has been inscribed in the bottom margin, "To Frank Hines with kind regards of Herbert Hoover." The signature is weak and fully legible. The rare large "mammoth" size of the image makes it a very desirable display piece.
