Revere's "Bloody Massacre" Reprint from Original Plate

1770, Paul Revere, "The Bloody Massacre" Print, A Quality Hand Printed Reprint from the Original Paul Revere Engraved Plate, Issued by the Imprint Society in 1970, Gem Mint.
This Limited Edition reprint is from the original Paul Revere copper plate, being number 878 of 1950, numbered, copies, issued by the Imprint Society, Barre, Massachusetts in 1970.
1. The blue cloth hardcover book, measures 11.25" x 12.25,". It was printed by David R. Godine of Brookline, MA and has an introduction by Richard W. Hale Jr., Archivist of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. There is some slight wearing at the edges of the blue cloth cover book.
2. The print, which measures 9" x 9" has been removed from the blue cloth cover book, matted and framed. It is in a dark brown .5" plain wooden frame, surrounded by a 2" wide brown mat and a .5" cream border around the print. It was framed by Russell Glass Co., Custom Framing of Portsmouth, Ohio and overall measures 13.5" x 15". Other than some minor scrapes on the edge of the frame, a beautiful and historic American Print.
