Decorative Antique Hand-Painted Fireplace Bellows

c. 1870 Mid-19th Century, Antique, Highly Decorative Fireplace Bellows, Fine.
This complete and colorful Fireplace Bellows is made of wood, leather and brass. It is hand-painted and stenciled and is also decorated with copper tacks with just some light scratches to the original paint. The bellows measures 19" long by 8" wide. The original leather has deteriorated at the sides and bottom so that it currently does not work. Otherwise, this piece is highly decorative and is in very good condition, so it is being sold "as is" on that basis. This piece could certainly be restored, and should, as you can see how nice it looks from our images.
