This original, multicolored print, labeled, "Pabst Famous Blue Ribbon Winners," depicts the famous horse team pulling a Pabst wagon, loaded with cases of beer. Printed on heavy card stock paper, in 14" x 31" format (16.5" x 33.5" as framed), this poster was printed by Northwestern Litho Company in Milwaukee. Printed in the lower left is a note that this horse team won 10 First Place awards at the 1904 St. Louis Worlds Fair and 6 First Place awards at the 1904 Chicago International Horse Show. This print is in overall nice condition, with a tiny hole in the lower left corner and a .5" hole at the bottom, to the left of the title panel. A couple other minor scuffs are present in the margins of the print, and there is a 1.5" crack in the upper left, above the wagon. A great advertising print for the famous Milwaukee Brewery, presenting an attractive appearance and a wonderful display. Early American will accept payment by check or credit card.
