c.40 illustrated loose text leaves from Ogilby's first English translation of America, Being the Latest and Most Accurate Description, almost all with plates of hunting scenes, encounters with native tribesmen, battle scenes and other subjects, a few section titles and woodcut head- and tail-pieces, also with the central section of a large folding plate panorama of Mauritiopolis, engraved plates each c.130 x 165mm., inset on text leaves, occasional short tears at sheet edges, not affecting plates, though one with a piece cut out, a few dampstained, the folding plate with splits and tears, dampstained in the upper margin, [1671](c.40)
