Labeled by Hannah Davis (1784-1863), Jaffrey, New Hampshire, ca.1834. Lidded and nailed box covered in printed wallpaper with birds and flowers, and lined with a ca.1833 Vermont newspaper. Minor imperfections. 8"h. 12 1/2"w. 9 1/2"d. Ex Shirley McGill Antiques (Illinois).

Condition: Wear and losses, paper has toned, bottom is lined with a sheet of paper with largely illegible handwriting on it.
