DECORATED BASKET.
Possibly Appalachian, late 19th-early 20th century. Carved handle and the vertical ribs retaining their original red and green paint. Minor rim break. 8 1/2"h. 8 3/4"d. Ex Olde Hope Antiques (Pennsylvania).

Condition: One break at rim with associated looseness to some of the weaving, good patina.
