A court summons for Alexander Avery, Middleton Pool, James Norvels (sp?), and William Wittington to appear to testify in the case of Daniel Clark, plaintiff, vs. Nathaniel Cary, defendant. Imperfections. 3 3/4"h. 6 3/4"w. (sight), in a modern frame, 6 1/4"h. 9 1/4"w.

Condition: Does not appear to be laid down, overall toning, some foxing, creases and discoloration along right margin.
