American, stenciled on paper, inscribed on verso "Presented by my little friend Charles Cotton August 1846". Nicely detailed and colorful parrot perched on a branch. 4 7/8"h. 4 7/8"w., in a modern frame, 9 5/8"h. 7 1/4"w. Sold at Garth's, January 1978, lot 564.
