FOLKSY PORTRAIT OF A HORSE.
American, late 19th-early 20th century, watercolor on paper. Naive depiction of a yellow horse being led. Imperfections. 5 5/8"h. 7 1/4"w., in a gilt frame, 7"h. 9"w. Sold at Garth's, January 1978, lot 533.

Condition: Likely from a small drawing or composition book and the rest of the drawing was on the opposite page. Toning, some discoloration, scattered holes along lower margins, right margin rough from removal from the book.
