Possibly Pennsylvania, 19th century. Half-length portrait of a lady wearing a bonnet and holding flowers. Imperfections. 2"h. 1 3/4"w., in black-painted frame, 4 1/2"h. 4 1/2"w. Ex Garbisch Collection (Maryland).
