NEW HAMPSHIRE FAMILY RECORD.
Watercolor on laid paper, late 18th-early 19th century. For the Bradley family of Rockingham County: Joseph (b. 1762) and Mehitabel (b. 1765), and their children Isaac (b. 1789), Joseph (b. 1792), and Nathaniel (b. 1794). Imperfections. 7 1/4"h. 9 1/8"w., in a period frame, 10 1/2"h. 8 1/2"w. Ex Bill Samaha (Massachusetts/Ohio).

The Bradley family left England and settled in Essex County, Massachusetts in the late 17th century, with Joseph's family removing to Rockingham County, New Hampshire in the middle of the 18th century. Additional family information is included.

Condition report



Condition: Overall toning, some minor bleeding to the watercolor, scattered foxing, marginal damage including discoloration and stains, and a few minor tears.
