Mid 19th century. Large oval wooden box covered with ivory wallpaper. The lid has a paper label "Warranted Nailed Band--Boxes, Manufactured by Hannah Davis East Jaffry, N.H." The interior is lined with the Oberlin Evangelist. Wear. 15" x 18". 10"h.
