BURL BOWL.
American, 19th century. Large oval bowl with good tight figure and dark patina. 13 3/4" x 18". 5"h.

There are two deficits in the bottom that measure 1 1/2" - 2" wide along with some expected wear to the bottom.There are two deficits in the bottom that measure 1 1/2" - 2" wide along with some expected wear to the bottom. There are also bb size and larger filled in holes that are reasonably well done in the bottom of the bowl and a know that is filled in with another piece of wood ( not original knot).
