CORNER CUPBOARD.
American, 2nd quarter-19th century, cherry and pine. One-piece cupboard with mellow dry finish and rich color. Broken arch pediment with carved rosettes is detachable. Well-detailed having cross grain banding under cornice, arched 8 pane upper doors, beaded door openings and waist molding. Butternut color painted interior has three shelves. Minor loss and repair. 85 1/2"h. without the pediment. 94 1/2"h. with. 50"w. 27"d.

Condition: Split in crown molding, minor edge loss to pediment. Originally had a finial. Missing return base molding on one side. Some molding renailed and possibily replaced.
