APPLIQUED QUILT.
American, 3rd quarter-19th century, cotton. Folksy pattern of four large foliated hearts surrounded by red berries and additional hearts. Arcaded border. Handsewn and quilted. Strong colors on clean ground. 76" x 91".

Condition: Most of the applique work is done in dark thread. Some fading on greens. Overall good condition.
