Elizabeth Wesler, probably Pennsylvania, 1844, silk on linen. Bands of colorful alphabets and stylized flowers signed "Elizabeth Wesler 1844". Small hole in ground. Framed. 15"h. 10"w.

Census records indicate several Elizabeth Weslers in Pennsylvania, the most likely being the daughter of John Wesler of Upper Providence, Montgomery County.
