WILLIAM AND MARY MIRROR.
European, early 18th century. Bookmatched veneer on the frame resembling oyster shells, and an elaborately scroll-cut crest. Imperfections. 30 1/4"h. 21"w. According to an older note on verso, the mirror was purchased from a Glastonbury estate.

Condition: Older finish, glass is an early/period glass, crest is very nicely replaced based on the example at the Metropolitan Museum of Art and illustrated in Schwartz.
