Ann Spencer, possibly Goshen, Connecticut, or Goshen, New Jersey, 1827, silk on linen. Signed and dated February 22, 1827. Sets of alphabets and numbers divided by rows of decorative stitching. The possible maker's locations are written on the back of the frame. Minor imperfections. In a Victorian frame. 14 1/4"h. 12 1/4"w.

Condition: Small areas of light staining and one 3/8" darker spot. Color loss on lighter color stitching.
