Caroline Street, American, 1832, silk on linen. Hearts, birds including a spread tail peacock, baskets of flowering shrubs, a building flanked by pine trees and a pair of long eared, spotted animals. She signed her name in a simple cartouche. Soft mellow colors. Conservation mounted and framed. 18 1/2"h. 9 1/2"w. Ex M.Finkel & Daughter (Pennsylvania).
