Philadelphia: 28 February 1733/34. 1 p., large vellum membrane (355 x 767 mm). Signed on the fold by Penn and with a paper-covered wax seal attached. Docketed on the verso, and with sealed note signed by Charles Brockden of the Office of Recording Deeds. Condition: wax seal chipped and paper torn with some losses. deed signed by thomas penn for a prime piece of philadelphia real estate issued to isaac norris. This deed confirms the purchase of a 22,000 square foot plot on Front Street between Chestnut and Walnut.
