WOODEN GEORGE A. CLARK THREAD BOX, hexagonal form with a hinged lid, containing six spool holders surrounding a brass thimble in holder, lid with a transfer of exhibition buildings, upper marked "ART GALLERY" and lower marked "MAIN BUILDING", interior of lid with paper Clark label, each side with a stamped thread size and grommlet. Third quarter 19th century. 2" h, 4 3/4" dia overall.
