FIGURAL LIGHTING DEVICES, LOT OF TWO, consisting of a silver-plate bulldog with spout wick at mouth and hinged head for filling reservoir and an unknown wooden device depicting shoes with tack decoration and soles inlaid with mother-of-pearl decoration. Second half 19th century. Dog 3" h overall, shoes 1 1/2" h, 3 1/4" long.
Provenance: Collection of the late Don Baum, Moline, IL. Condition reportDog in excellent condition, shoes with some minor splitting and loss of mother-of-pearl decoration to one heel
