A jadeite cased compass, the Russian gold cover marked for Fabergé and for Michael Perchin, St Petersburg, 1860-1903, containing a hand drawn card compass rose (almost certainly a replacement) with a central gold boss and sapphire cabochon endstone. The cover with two colour foliate decoration around a glass insert, scratch number 51646 to the base of the gold spindle, 4.6cm diameter
