beautifully hand-chased floral repousse decoration to outer band of bowls, circular foot and shaft, each with hand-engraved monogram "MC" to well, the hallmarks' inside shaft date the pair to Edward C. Moore's tenure (1873-1891), pattern number 4976 (ca. 1877). 33.75 total troy ozs. 5.75" x 9" dia. Estimate: $1000 - 2000 Condition reportBoth are in very fine condition, with very minor surface abrasions (one with a few more light scratches than the other).
