etching on laid paper, titled and signed in pencil along lower margin "The House with Iron Balcony / Charleston, S.C." and "Antoinette Rhett," numbered "6," matted and framed under glass. A founding member of the Charleston Etchers' Club, Rhett honed her etching skills under the tutelage of Alfred Hutty at the Carolina Art Association.
