This is a due not miss event, you will not believe the Quantity or the QUALITY!!! This auction is to be held on our premises, on Saturday December 6th, starting at 8:00 a.m. We will start at the first lot and go up, it takes approximately 1 min. to sell each item, so if you want item # 100 it will sell approximately 9:40 a.m., although the time line will show that the auction ends at 8 p.m. on the 6th, the actual auction for each item ends the second we click sold on the computer! All interested parties may attend live and bid, or may bid online. Items may be previewed up until the 5th. We will not sell items before so do not ask. McGrew Auction Company will not be responsible for bids missed due to internet failure, or any other technical difficulty. Although your bid may have been placed before the auction date, the auctioneer may take a floor bid of the same amount before your bid. The auctioneer has full any final say of all bidding and bid increments. The only way to be 100% sure your bid gets placed is to attend the auction in person, or leave an absentee bid with us over the phone. If you do plan on following along on the internet and bidding live, we strongly advise to bid quick and early, there is a slight delay and the live auction is always a few seconds ahead of the internet. Condition reportON INTERNET PURCHASES ONLY Buyers are responsible for paying buyers premium. Buyers premium will be added to each item purchased through the internet. Buyer premium is 10 % from $0-$1000 and for items $1,000 and up will be charged 10% on the first $1,000 and 5% on the remainder of the sale price. Buyer is responsible for any or all shipping cost and arrangements, however we can assist if you like. For large item shipping we recommend Kris with Load Em Up @ 877-5MY-LOAD and for pallet items Please call Braden from freightquote.com at 800-323-5441 ext 1517 for quotes. If you get a quote from Braden, the quote is guaranteed and you can include the quote with payment for your item.
