Pre-war. Standard gauge. Includes original box with all its original label and inserts. Cardboard inserts are in nice condition. Late version with a light green frame and a light gray base. Yellow is a slightly lighter color. Item has small nicks and small blemishes. Needs cleaning. Box has tape repair. Unit is complete with steps, water tower and smokestacks. Rare item and very hard-to-find. Box is excellent and unit is excellent to excellent plus, although could be cleaned to better grade.
