Condition/Details: Bound in leather with raised bands, this antique volume is a rare literary work by Charles Graham of Penrith in Cumberland, described as a writing master in the British Museum Catalogue, who, in the preface, describes himself as a "mechanic who was never taught the rudiments in the English language". The volume shows external age/wear, and is solidly bound with age-toned pages. The book measures approximately 4.25" x 7" and contains 203 pages plus one page of errata.
