Condition/Details: Bound in cloth with pastedown title label, this antique volume is a scarce work on business trusts by an author who greatly involved himself with this issue. The publishers provide the following information in a biographical note: "His attention was attracted to the Trust Question in 1895 or 1896. Since then he has written and lectured on Trusts with gratifying success. He has the honor of being a New York delegate to the Chicago National Anti-Trust Conference of 1900." The work is illustrated with a signed frontispiece portrait of the author. Front endpaper also bears author's signature. The volume shows external age/wear, with staining to upper part of boards and top margin of text block. This book is solidly bound with clean pages.
