Maggie Valley NC Snow painting

Chrissy Elmore (1902-1995, Downe Township, New Jersey), landscape of Maggie Valley, NC. Overall very good condition with some light grime on canvas. Blacklighting flouresces a couple of areas of blue-green pigment (ex. small spot of road near barn) but examination under normal lighting does not indicate restoration or inpainting. Sight - 15 1/2" height x 19 1/4" width. Framed - 21 1/4" height x 25" width. 20th century.
