Hawkins Co., Tennessee two drawer drop leaf table and childs rocking chair, both from Cain's Mill area of Hawkins Co. First item - Tennessee two drawer walnut table with drop leaves, dovetailed drawers, turned Sheraton legs. Bottom drawer has dividers suggesting it may have been used as a sewing table. Condition - one partition replaced in lower drawer, top refinished. 29 5/8" height x 44 1/2" width (with leaves) x 23" depth. Found in the Cain's Mill, Russellville, TN area. Circa 1830. 2nd item - Child's wooden rocking chair from Canes Mill, Russellville, TN, rush seat. Damage to rush seat along front stretcher. 25" height x 13 1/2" width x 21 1/2" depth. Mid 19th century.
