Two folk art painted game boards

Lot of two Folk Art game boards. (1) Painted game board, probably New England. Wood appear to be white pine with square nail construction, bread board ends. Minor chips & expected wear to paint finish. 16 7/8" height x 13 1/4" width. 19th century. (2) Painted game board with gouged border design, probably Tennessee. Appears to be poplar wood. Gouged carved floral designs outline border of checkerboard. Wear to wood. 20 1/8" height x 19 6/8" width. Early 20th Century.
