One Dollar. Dated Oct. 20, 1861. 2nd note - Civil War Banknote, State of North Carolina. One Dollar. Dated Oct. 18, 1861. 3rd item - 1861 Civil War dog tag. Inscribed on front - "Major George B. McClellan, War of 1861". Inscribed on back - "Through God We Shall Do Valiantly 1861".
