Lead & alloy painted toy pieces. (1) Three standing Roman soldiers & chariot with two horses. All Roman pieces marked on bottom "Copyright J. Hill & Co. England". Soldiers - 2 3/8" height. Chariot - 2" height x 5 3/4" length. (2) Four fox hunters, two Canadian Mounties, & two miscellaneous soldiers. All soldiers are mounted on horses have pivoting left arms. Each is marked "Made in England, Proprietors Britains Ltd. Copyright". Soldier carrying flag is unmarked on bottom. Chipping and losses to paint, especially for fox hunters and mounties. Pieces measures approximately 3 1/4" height x 3 1/8" length.
