168. The Black Pirate one-sheet poster. (United Artists, 1926) Douglas Fairbanks' incredible athleticism was in full display in this classic silent epic. This is a milestone film as it was the first feature shot in the two-strip Technicolor process. This poster is considered the better of the two styles from the film and is one of the most sought after one-sheets from the silent era. This fantastic unrestored example exhibits two minor pinholes at the fold intersections and pinholes at the corners and at the horizontal fold; Colors are extremely vibrant.
