Featuring Debbie Reynolds wearing a glamorous white gown and diamond earrings and also shows additional smaller version of dress from the back and front and back design with coat. Handwritten Debbie Reynolds, 'Charlie', #7 and "Goodbye Charlie" across the top border with Debbie Reynolds, H05-03-125-13 dress and Gretchen across the bottom border.
