![]() 232. Producer Henry Wilcoxon's 1956 script from The Ten Commandments bound and dedicated by Cecil B. DeMille Signed By Heston And Other Cast Members. (Paramount, 1956) Bound in red leather with "Henry Wilcoxon from Cecil B. DeMille" in gold on the lower right hand corner on the cover. The script is the complete "Revised script as filmed", totaling 321 pages, with Bible, Koran and historical references numbered in red type on the left-hand side of the page, and all scenes and dialogue on the right side of the page. This is the script Wilcoxon used when working on all A.D.R. (Additional Dialogue Recording) in post-production. Wilcoxon's signature in red pencil is present at the front of the script as well as his underlining and numbering throughout. In addition, he has written alternate dialogue for his character "Pentaur". Following the title page, the script also lists the complete cast numbering 138; many are actors who did not receive screen credit due to the extreme size of the cast. When Wilcoxon's biographer, Katherine Orrison, received the script in 1984 and interviewed cast and crew members for her two books on Wilcoxon and DeMille, she asked people with whom she met to personally sign the script where they were credited. Autographs include: Charlton Heston, Yul Brynner, Jesse Lasky, Jr., Woody Strode, Joan Woodbury, Lisa Mitchell, Donald Curtis and Clint Walker, among others. From the estate of Henry Wilcoxon. $3,000 - $5,000 ImagesClick on thumbnails to see larger images:
