Fr. 401    $5    1875  Iowa First Charters have been a favorite of mine for decades now and I have just not been able to keep many available as they always seem to sell fast. This note is only the fifth First Charter reported, yet Blue Seals are very common. The wear is even and the signatures are crystal clear.
