C8732; C8733    5; 10 Cents    ND (ca. World War II)  TWO CHITS.  According to Campbell, Civilian Internment Camps "held alien civilians from belligerent countries who were living in the United States, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Hawaii, Panama, and Puerto Rico when hostilities commenced."  Alva had both a separate POW camp and Civilian Internment Camp.  Civilian Internment Camp chits are generally more difficult to find.
