Very Fine French Early 19th Century Burl and Crotch Mahogany Veneer Marquetry Five Piece Bedroom Suite, elaborately inlaid with baskets and flowers, trailing scroll, floral and foliate inlays of rosewood, satinwood and mother of pearl. All pieces with finely carved foliate and scroll cartouches, shell carved skirts and floral foliate carved scrolled feet. Suite consists of bed overall 67" h. x 67-1/2" w. x 82" long, chest of drawers with tilt mirror, 83-1/2" h. x 38" w. x 20" d., bureau with tilt mirror, 74" h. x 53-1/2" w. x 24" d., vanity with tilt mirror 61" h. x 39" w. x 20" d., side chair, (not matching), very fine condition with minor losses only and two drawer pulls missing.
